FRACTIONAL CRO/GTM LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENTS:

This role is built to each specific clients’ needs. It may be as passive as managing account reviews and forecast hygiene to a fully active role managing existing sales teams, direct involvement in deals, recruiting, filling in sales policy gaps, and GTM involvement with the board (or anything in-between). We understand that every start-ups’ GTM needs are unique and a responsible partner needs to customize their offering to the client’s situation.

John Lyons is an experienced technology veteran with 25+ years in sales, sales leadership and corporate management roles. Previously, John led sales and related departments for Hive Pro, Sayari, Inky Technology, ThreatConnect, and Tenable as well as being the CEO of ThreatTrack Security. His experience includes managing teams in all globa

John Lyons is an experienced technology veteran with 25+ years in sales, sales leadership and corporate management roles. Previously, John led sales and related departments for Hive Pro, Sayari, Inky Technology, ThreatConnect, and Tenable as well as being the CEO of ThreatTrack Security. His experience includes managing teams in all global theatres as well as US Federal and SLED teams and operations. His leadership has resulted in significant growth for his companies as well as several profitable exits. John is currently the founder of J Lock Consulting which focuses on analyzing and improving his clients’ sales efficiency through sales process audits as well as providing fractional CRO/GTM Leadership services.

John is certified in a wide variety of sales strategies including QBS, SPIN Selling and Sandler and holds a B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA and resides in Northern, VA.
